I am 3.5 years old. I was born at 24 weeks gestation, I spent 140 days in intensive care & I'm raising funds for my therapy costs!

I've had lots of up and downs due to my extreme premature birth, I sustained significant brain injury and I now have Dystonic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy.

I am unable to sit, crawl or use my hands independently and play with my toys. I am very alert and full of smiles and I laugh alot. I have just started saying yes, no and go and I think I am super clever when I say these words. I am also very good at saying Dad. I love meeting people and I often win them over with my super big smile and funny laugh. My mum, dad and little sister Nellie are looking forward to the day I can move around the house independently and play with my sister. At the moment we are working extra hard on rolling, and I hope one day I can roll independently. I am also working hard on my head control so in the future I can use an eye gaze system to communicate. I love to paint and my biggest dream is to one day walk with you!

I have spent a lot of time in hospital over the past 3 years so I have missed out on a lot of extra therapy. I now have a feeding tube that goes into my stomach called a mickey button, which allows my parents to top me up with a blended diet when I won't eat and help me grow as I am tiny for my age.

I would love to be able to play with the other kids although my mum and dad don’t let me miss out, as they take me down the slide and sit me on their lap on the swing. I also love it when my parents hold me up and let me dance and stomp my legs, dancing to music is my favorite. My favourite movie is Cars and I get super excited when they let me watch it.

I am finally starting to grow extra big since having my mickey inserted which means I am nearly tall enough to get a special needs bike so I can ride outside with Nellie and help push the pedals with my legs.

Our goal is to do Stem Cell Treatment Overseas, followed by an intensive of Suit Therapy and a HPD Intensive, with ongoing Vojta Therapy and NSA Chiropractic weekly.

All of these therapies are very expensive, but are the most beneficial in helping me reach my goal of walking one day.

$58,300 does not include additional therapies that I do like, ABM Therapy, Speech Therapy and hydrotherapy which would be at the cost of $22,000 combined per annum.

If you have any questions please feel free to message Mum (the link is above). You can also let me keep you amazed by following my progress on Facebook.
